4 soy escalopes, cubed
3 cups of brown rice
1 can of pineapple, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
5 cloves, minced garlic
How to Prepare:
Wash the rice several times and soak in the warm water for around 10 minutes. Then add in the rice to your pot.
Combine the soy escalopes, pineapples and rice in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and cook on a HIGH pressure for 30 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes.
Portion the rice and escalopes into two bowls or mugs. Remember that this dish should be served warm. Serve the dish with the coffee.
